Maintenance Policy

We begin by assessing the item’s condition based on the images provided, then determine the maintenance cost and share it with the customer for approval before proceeding.
Maintenance covers manufacturing defects and is free of charge in such cases. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, including breakage, drops, or exposure to chemicals or liquids.
Please note that our products are intended for dry serving only. Using them with hot food or liquids may affect the coating or color.
